EAK Insulations is an Irish insulation company dedicated to helping homeowners across Ireland reduce their energy bills and improve the comfort of their homes through professional thermal insulation services.
We work on all types of residential properties — from newly-built homes to older houses that have never been properly insulated. Our team brings expertise, care, and a commitment to quality to every single job.
Energy costs in Ireland are among the highest in Europe. Too many families are spending far more than they should on heating — simply because their homes are not properly insulated. EAK Insulations exists to change that.
We believe every Irish home deserves to be warm, efficient, and affordable to run. That is why we combine high-quality materials, skilled installation teams, and honest, transparent pricing to deliver results that genuinely make a difference.
EAK Insulations is a registered contractor with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). This means we can carry out works under the Better Energy Homes scheme, helping our customers access grants of up to €6,000 toward the cost of insulation.
We handle all the grant paperwork on your behalf, making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
All our installations are carried out to the highest standards and comply with Irish building regulations. We are fully insured and every job comes with a workmanship guarantee, so you can have complete confidence in the work we do.
From attic insulation to full external wall upgrades, we cover every part of your home — and handle your SEAI grant application too.
We wrap your home in a high-performance insulation layer fitted directly to the outside walls. No disruption to your interior, no loss of room space — just a warmer, quieter home and a fresh new exterior finish.
Where external works are not practical — such as in terraced or apartment buildings — we install insulation boards or stud walls on the interior face of external walls, delivering significant thermal improvements with minimal disruption.
Up to 25% of a home's heat escapes through an uninsulated roof. We install blown or roll insulation in attic spaces, dramatically cutting heat loss and reducing energy bills year-round.
If your home was built after the 1930s, it likely has a cavity between its outer and inner walls. We fill this cavity with bonded bead insulation, sealing one of the most common sources of heat loss in Irish homes.
Cold floors account for a significant portion of heat loss in older homes. We insulate suspended timber floors and solid ground floors using rigid insulation boards, keeping warmth where it belongs.
As a registered SEAI contractor, we guide you through the entire grant process — from checking your eligibility and completing the application to submitting the post-works documentation. You focus on your home; we handle the paperwork.
